Hold-It™ ("Hold-It," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial technology platform operated as a private company based in North Carolina, United States. Our website is located at holditexodus.com.

Hold-It™ is currently in pre-launch development. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information through our waitlist and website.

We collect only what we need. Currently, the only personal information we collect is:

• Email address — when you voluntarily join our waitlist via the "Hold My Spot" form on our website or maintenance page
• UTM parameters — automatically collected to understand which page or source referred you to our waitlist (e.g., utm_source, utm_medium)
• Technical data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically by Cloudflare when you visit our site

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive financial data at this time.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely to:

• Send you updates about Hold-It™ product development and launch timelines
• Notify you when early access or beta invitations become available
• Send occasional "Intel" communications about intentional spending and our platform
• Respond to any inquiries you send us directly

We will never use your email to send unsolicited third-party marketing or spam. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Third-Party Data Processors

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has their own privacy policy governing their data practices:

Beehiiv
Your email address is stored and managed by Beehiiv, Inc., our email marketing platform. When you submit your email via our waitlist form, it is transmitted to Beehiiv via their API and stored on their servers. Beehiiv handles email delivery, list management, and unsubscribe processing. Cloudflare
Our website and infrastructure are powered by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN, security, and serverless computing services (including the Cloudflare Worker that processes your waitlist form submission). Carrd

Waitlist Terms

By joining the Hold-It™ waitlist you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product, feature, or service
• There is no guaranteed timeline for product launch or beta access
• Hold-It™ reserves the right to modify, delay, or discontinue any planned product or feature without notice
• Waitlist position does not create any contractual obligation between you and Hold-It™
• You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email

Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With our service providers (Beehiiv, Cloudflare, Carrd) solely to operate our platform as described in this policy
• If required by law, court order, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Hold-It™ or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, in which case you will be notified
